Therapy services

I am dedicated to creating strong, meaningful relationships with all children I work with – I believe connection and understanding are at the heart of developing a strong, productive therapeutic relationship.

I will listen to your child’s spoken and non-spoken messages and build a program that supports their interests, strengths and ideas!

I only work within specific clinical areas, this allows me to be highly targeted in my approach and ensures my clients get the very best of me!

Staying true to my values and giving you the very best of me means understanding my own capacity and managing my own boundaries. I practise what I preach! Quality over quantity every time - I keep  my 1:1 supports to a small number of clients.

Children aged between 0 and 3 years 6 months (3;6) may be referred to Playful Connections Speech Pathology for individual therapy.

Service style

A neurodiversity affirming model of support is used with all clients.

All sessions are child led and play based to enhance development of holistic communication skills

Parent/caregiver coaching is utilised in acknowledgment that most growth occurs outside of "therapy" sessions

In line with our service philosophy,  sessions where a parent/caregiver or support worker is not present are not provided as this does not allow for home/site goal development and support.

Please read our Clinical Service Provision Policy for further important information regarding services
